This Privacy Policy explains how Agent School LLC ("Agent School," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit the AgentDex website, join the beta, create an account, connect third-party services, or otherwise use AgentDex and related services (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy is intended to describe our current data handling practices in clear language. It should be reviewed and finalized by legal counsel before public launch. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account details, onboarding responses, notes, contacts, uploaded content, feedback, support requests, and any other content or data you choose to submit through the Service.

We may also collect technical, device, and usage information, such as browser type, device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, session activity, interaction events, and similar operational or diagnostic data.

If you connect third-party services such as calendar, contacts, email, communication tools, or other integrations, we may receive and process the data you authorize in order to provide relationship intelligence features and related functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect and process data from those services. You can typically revoke access through the relevant third-party provider or, where available, through settings within AgentDex.

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Service; authenticate users; personalize user experience; power product features; monitor reliability and performance; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We may also use information to communicate with you about access, product updates, support matters, policy changes, and other service-related notices. Where permitted by law, we may use aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise non-personal information for analytics, research, quality improvement, and product development.

If you join the beta, request access, or otherwise provide your email address, we may contact you about account access, waitlist status, product updates, service changes, support matters, and other communications reasonably related to the Service.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, contractors, and vendors who help us host, secure, analyze, support, develop, or operate the Service, subject to appropriate contractual or operational safeguards.

We may also disclose information (a) when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) to protect the rights, safety, security, property, or operations of Agent School, our users, or others; (c) to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, understand usage patterns, improve performance, and support the operation of the Service.
